Permitted and Prohibited Uses

Neither the Owner nor any third party information providers assume any responsibility for any damages, losses, claims or expenses arising from: (i) interference, interruptions, errors, omissions, telephone faults, delays, blockages or disconnections in the functioning of the electronic system caused by deficiencies, errors and overloads on the lines and telecommunications networks, or for any other cause beyond the control of the Controller, (ii) the use of any illegal and / or malicious program and with any type of media, such as example virus or anything else, (iii) improper or incorrect use of the owner’s sites, (iv) navigation security or errors caused by a malfunction of the browser or not using updated versions.
Consultation of announcements
The search for information on the Site and the App and the display of announcements is carried out through automatic procedures, and in any case the Holder declines all responsibility for the content, accuracy, truthfulness and compliance with the rules contained in these Conditions.
The User may in any case report any illegal advertisements, fraudulent, suspicious or that do not comply with the rules set by these Conditions by sending an alert.
Changes
The Data Controller reserves the right to make the changes it deems appropriate, being able to modify, delete and add new content and / or services as well as the way in which they are presented and located.
Minors
To use the Service, minors must have previously obtained permission from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be responsible for all acts carried out through the Site and App by minors assigned to them. In the services where expressly indicated, the access will be limited exclusively to adults of age.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Except for the provisions of the law that can not be derogated from, the Court of Genoa will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute concerning these Conditions and the relationships governed by them.
